Edward Bernard Smith was an American professional basketball player for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was drafted with the sixth pick in the first round of the 1951 NBA draft by the Knicks. He made his NBA debut in the 1953–54 NBA season and played in eleven games where he averaged 2.5 points per game and 2.4 rebounds per game.
