Kevin Patrick Harper is a football coach and former player. He played as a winger for Hibernian, Derby County, Walsall, Portsmouth, Norwich City, Leicester City, Stoke City, Carlisle United and Dunfermline Athletic. Born in England, played for the Scotland U21 national team and Scotland national football B team, He managed Scottish League Two side Albion Rovers from November 2018 to May 2020.
